Check every item in a batch of QR codes
A successful archive download does not prove every payload is right.
Prepare a small representative batch
Start with three items: a short URL, a longer URL with parameters and a value containing non-Latin text. Confirm how the batch input separates records before pasting a large list. Remove unintended blank records and keep a separate mapping from output filenames to intended payloads. Filenames are labels, so do not use them as your only evidence of what the code contains.
Decode downloaded images, not only the preview
Open the exported files with the decode tool or a trusted scanner. Compare the complete decoded text with the intended input, including the URL scheme, case-sensitive path, query parameters and trailing characters. Inspect a long value as well as a short one. For a print batch, also test the final printed version because layout software can rescale or crop the image after generation.

Decoding reveals text; it does not establish that a destination is safe or belongs to the expected organization. Check the full hostname and avoid entering credentials after following an unfamiliar code. QRCodeTidy’s local processing does not inspect a remote website’s content. If an image cannot be decoded, try a sharper original with intact margins and straight alignment. Some stylized, damaged or unsupported codes may remain unreadable.
